Responsibilities:
• Policies and Procedures: They help develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting best practices for efficient operations.
• Manage The Full-Cycle Recruitment Process, Including Job Postings, Resume Screening, Interviewing, And Selection
• Oversee The Onboarding Process For New Hires, Including Orientation, Training, And Paperwork
• Oversee Employee Relations, Including Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Actions, And Termination Processes
• Participate In Strategic Planning And Contribute To Company-Wide Initiatives
• Administrative Support: To Provide overall administrative support to the organization. This involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling general correspondence.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain and update various documents and records, including employee records, contracts, licenses, and permits.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication within the organization, coordinating between different departments, and handling external inquiries or requests.
• Vendor Management: The admin manager may be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers. This involves negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and coordinating procurement processes.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: In a small-scale industry, the admin manager may take on additional responsibilities as needed. This could include assisting with marketing activities, handling basic IT support, or supporting other functional areas as required.
• Call Handling : Handling the calls and arranging a call back from the concern team
