Admin Executive
• Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of grocery & stationary.
• Assist HR department by supporting in various documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining stock of PPE, Grocery & Stationary.
• Should be responsible for issuing PPE to all departments.
• Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
• Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, courier, housekeeping, etc.
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system
