Job Description
• Will be reporting to upper management directly and Team Handling.
• Should have good exposure in General Management, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Cafeteria Management, Housekeeping, security management and Transport management.
• Real estate - To identify office space in Mumbai location, and Interior works.
• Arrange travel and accommodations.
• Identify develop a reliable vendor base and develop alternate suppliers for procurement of materials and services.
• Client Management (internal/ external)
• Handle day to day operation of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met.
• Excellent skills in Advance excel/MIS.
• Should be able to manage electromechanical activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Must possess a minimum of 3 plus years of experience as admin executive.
• Basic knowledge of MS office and MIS.
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong verbal and oral communication skill.
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and quick learner
