Description
1. Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the office space.
2. Manage travel arrangements.
3. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and gardening services. Process and manage invoices for these services.
4. Maintain inventory of all office supplies and stationery, ensuring timely re-ordering as needed.
5. Manage and oversee the performance of office support staff (office boys and drivers). Ensure efficient utilization of their time and resources, and manage overtime.
6. Help in executing in-house events.
