1.Planning of Doctors for OPD ,Vet assistant and House keeping on regular basis.
2.Staff leave planning and approval.
3.Stock maintenance and preparation of purchase order for OPD /Laboratory/OT on monthly basis with Help of Satish Marathe Vet assistant between 20th to 25th of every month.
4.Stock maintenance and preparation of purchase order for Hosue keeping material monthly basis with Help of House keeping Shankar.
5.Pet shop and pharmacy purchase order with Help of Rahul on monthly basis.
6.Planning for CT scan/MRI cases .
7.Grooming Department Purchase order preparation and stock maintenance with help Sandeep on monthly basis.
8.Meeting with Medical representatives and other vendor
+.Utility bills and PNDT reports on monthly basis and all bills.
10.AMC for all equipment and AC.
11. Purchasing of Stationary materials,Laptop Accessories,Electric and plumbing related work and maintenance/repairs related work .
12.Overall staff monitoring on daily basis.
13.For clinical area related work.
