Classic Infra-Services Private Limitedrequires experienced male candidates for the position of Admin Executive for its prestigious client at the location Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh:
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire housekeeping-related process. (office assistant training)(Attendance)
· Manage all administration to keep the people working efficiently
· Manage all the Devices security-related, Asset database in the entire organization
· Handling all hardware and software with network related issues
· Manage all day to day expenses related to the administration and staff welfare
· Handle filing, records keeping, sorting-checking related to the whole office staff
· Time to time visit client s places to collect payments and make a relationship better
· Handle all the bank works for the entire organization, like cheques deposit, cash deposits, and other customer care related.
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
· Knowledge of office policies and procedures
· Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
· Graduation from a recognized university or M. Com, MBA/PGDM in finance
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
· Good organizational and time management abilities.
· Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
· Should be multitasking, flexible, energetic and positive learning attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
