In this function, your Roles & Responsibilities are:
• Office Upkeep, Security, and Housekeeping Services.
• Canteen Facility, Pantry Services, Vending Machine Management.
• Arranging Fire system and Fire Drill.
• Handling routine activities of housekeeping and security .
• Manage pantry staff and office boy (In coordination with facility manager)
• Generate Expense Reports and stock tracking activities.
• Vendor Management, Procurement, facility Management, Hotel Arrangements, and Travel Management.
