Location: Sachin, Surat
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 to 32,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin Executive to manage administrative operations at our apparel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning by supporting admin and HR activities, coordinating with vendors, and handling essential office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Support & Coordination
Manage administrative team and daily operations
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of admin/IT activities
2. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, food, and repairs
Handle basic IT coordination (Wi-Fi, systems, troubleshooting)
3. Payments & Invoices
Assist in invoice processing and approvals
Manage petty cash and track daily expenses
4. Event & Function Coordination
Support planning and execution of internal events and activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
5. Inventory Management
Maintain records of factory inventory (supplies & products)
Ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment
What You Bring to the Team (Experience & Education)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative
