Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day administrative functions and student mentoring activities at our center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations through diligent coordination, record-keeping, and student support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
1. Student Attendance Management:
Maintain daily attendance records.
Follow up on absenteeism and ensure accuracy in student logs.
2. Workplace Hygiene and Order:
Ensure clean and organized desktops and common areas.
Oversee daily cleanliness and report any discrepancies.
3. Inquiry and Admissions Handling:
Attend to walk-in inquiries professionally.
Provide information and assist in completing admission forms.
4. Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with service vendors such as: Printing Vendors, Electrician, Plumber, Security Personnel, Carpenters, etc.
5. Maintenance Records & Inventory:
Maintain inward/outward parcel records. Track and manage inventory items like uniforms (T-shirts), bags, and other materials.
Mentoring & Student Engagement:
1. Student Feedback Collection:
Regularly gather feedback from students regarding faculty, classes, and facilities.
Document concerns and suggestions, and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Student Support & Guidance:
Provide general support and act as a point of contact for student-related concerns.
Promote a positive and responsive environment for students.
