RESPONSIBILITIES:

Update leave record & submit to MD on weekly basis.

Complete attendance details of all the employees (including late arrival) are to be submitted to MD on the first working day of every month.

Attendance details (late arrival, absence & leave applied) of all the employees are to be collected & reviewed with MD on weekly basis.

Maintain the leave applications & leave record

To project the manpower requirement

Get the required qualified resource by virtue of advertisement or through known sources

Call for the interview for suitable candidates

Release the appointment letter for short listed candidates

Provide training if required

Issue the standing order to the newly appointed candidates

Prepare the list of paid holidays

Maintain the confidential records

Feedback to the poor performers

Issue of the increment letter

Send the team for proper training to enhance their capabilities

Settlement of dues if resigned

Acceptance of resignation

Recruitment of competent personnel

Determine competency requirement for personnel working under organizations control that can affect QMS effectiveness

Prepare training plan & organize training program as per plan

Arranging for training programs / bridging competency gaps

Obtain assessment feed from HODs regarding training effectiveness.

Maintaining records of competency of all employees.

Ensuring Awareness in coordination with Department Heads among employees regarding

a. the quality policy;

b. relevant quality objectives;

c. their contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS, including the benefits of improved performance;

d. The implications of not conforming with the QMS requirements.

e. relevant QMS documented information and changes thereto;

f. their contribution to product or service conformity;

g. their contribution to product safety;

h. the importance of ethical behaviour.

Coordinate with HODs to identify training program based on skill matrix.

Motivational programs, skill evaluation, HR practices

Statutory and regulatory requirements and compliance like PF, ESI, general insurance, medical, etc if required

Statutory and regulatory requirements and compliance like labor license, insurance if any

Monthly, yearly returns if any for ESI, PF, etc and attending any hearings if any
