Job Description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent acquisition support: Calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in hiring processes.
2. Assisting the hospitality manager with operational documentation.
3. Overseeing the upkeep and organization of retail shelves at the cafes.
4. Coordinating with vendors and assisting in vendor sourcing, as and when required.
5. Supporting and taking part in community engagement within the cafe spaces.
6. Assisting the events manager in planning and executing events, including set-up, on-ground support, and coordination.
7. Helping with social media and marketing support for events and community activities.

Flexibility to support multiple departments (admin, community, events).
Interest in hospitality, sustainability, or community-driven businesses is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
