Job Description
· Ensure to fill the vacant position timely manner to avoid business interruption.
· Ensure to update employee personnel files with relevant documents
· Ensure timely processing of PF & ESI filing. Forming and maintaining employee records.
· Coordinate training and induction for new employees
· Complete monthly RAG analysis
· Ensure to perform periodically product knowledge Evaluation of probationers
Conduct employee engagement activities. Maintain asset Register
· Review and process the employee expense claims.
· Handle disciplinary actions along with group HR consultation and notify to Director.
· Calculate monthly Incentive and TA & DA for approval via system.
· Conducting & coordination of events like anniversary, achievements, national day celebrations, planning of festival season etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
