Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Administration Manager with a strong Army or Defense background. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organizational efficiency, and security protocol management to oversee the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all administrative operations of the organization
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office and site operations
Oversee facility management including office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed across all company premises
Handle employee discipline, attendance tracking, and office decorum
Manage travel arrangements, vehicle scheduling, and accommodation logistics
Liaise with government authorities, legal bodies, and compliance departments as needed
Monitor procurement and stock of office supplies and assets
Support HR in onboarding, exit formalities, and office events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Retired Army Officer / JCO / NCO or similar rank with administrative experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with facility management, vendor negotiations, and crisis handling
Ability to enforce discipline and ensure workplace safety
Proficient in MS Office and administrative tools
Integrity, loyalty, and commitment to maintaining high standards
Preferred:
Experience in managing admin functions in a civilian corporate or industrial setup post-retirement
Knowledge of fire safety, disaster preparedness, and first aid protocols
Ability to train and mentor junior admin and security staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
