About the Role
As a Casual Administrative Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Emergency Departments, Inpatient Wards, and Unit Secretary positions within the Acute and Urgent Care Program. This dynamic and rewarding role involves providing high-quality administrative support, working closely with clinical and nursing teams to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of patient care. Your ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organised under pressure will be key to your success in this fast-paced healthcare environment.

Proficient in office systems and tools, with experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Access) and operating a variety of office equipment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Adaptable and solutions-focused, with a proven ability to learn and implement new procedures quickly, contribute to team decision-making, and improve work practices through initiative and practical thinking.
