About the Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the first smile our residents and visitors see—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Keep things running smoothly with expert coordination of rosters, meetings, and office systems.
Support our residents with empathy and efficiency, handling sensitive enquiries and admissions with care.
Manage financial admin like accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and resident trust accounts.
Champion compliance by assisting with onboarding, police checks, and employee records.
Drive occupancy by conducting home tours, managing enquiries, and collaborating with our Sales Hub.

About You:
To be considered, you will have:
Proven experience in office administration and team coordination.
Experience in aged care roster management
Strong organisational and time management skills—you’re the one who keeps everything on track.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional approach.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A knack for problem-solving and a calm, empathetic presence under pressure.
A qualification in Business Administration - desirable
