Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to all departments within the company
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
Manage and maintain company records and files
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and meetings
Draft and distribute internal communications
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidential information
