Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + bonus structure
Your Role Will Include:
Recruitment:
Writing and posting job ads across various platforms
Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Supporting onboarding processes for new hires
Maintaining and updating recruitment databases
Administration:
Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Supporting internal communication across departments
Organising team events, meetings, and training sessions
General admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience min 1 year in recruitment and/or administration
Is confident communicating with candidates and team members
Can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently
Has strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Is tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or recruitment platforms
