Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.Maintain and update company databases.Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.Answer queries by employees and clients.Update office policies as needed.Make plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals.Identify leads & develop new client bases. As well as Convert prospects into customers.Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and taking care of collection and payment outstanding.Conduct regular client meetings, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Research & keep update on existing market rates.Ensure client satisfaction by handling client’s query pro actively.Establish the company's presence as a leading provider of coworking spaces in the city.Handling end to end sales cycle diligently and suggesting improvements.Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, Certified Facility Manager or equivalent, Marketing, Business,
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales
- Strong people skills and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
