Job Description
This is a varied role that combines office administration with social media content creation and marketing support. You’ll be helping keep the business organised behind the scenes while also capturing and posting content that showcases our work, projects, factory, and team.
Key responsibilities
General admin and office support
Managing emails, enquiries, and follow-ups
Assisting with quotes, invoices, job bookings, and scheduling
Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
Taking photos and videos of jobs, factory work, installs, and behind-the-scenes content
Writing captions, posting content, and helping grow our social media presence
Assisting with marketing ideas and promotional material
Keeping documents, files, and records organised
Supporting day-to-day business operations as needed
What we’re looking for
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confidence using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Basic content creation skills including photo/video capture and editing
Good computer skills and confidence with admin tasks
Knowledge of Xero is preferred
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Well-presented and professional
Previous experience in admin, marketing, social media, or a similar role is preferred
Driver’s licence preferred
