Job Description
• Monitoring requirements for computer printer cartridges and business cards.
• Raise PR for general admin related purchases and following up with specific departments as and when required.
• Conduct weekly meetings with procurement team.
• Handling petty cash expenses and maintain the record of the same.
• Handling Airtel mobile connections, handset requirements and billing.
• Daily accountability of admin stores.
• Handling complete stationery requirements from all the departments within the factory.
• Collect stationery requirements from specific departments and issue the same for every quarter.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse team for allocation of stationery items.
• Updating the status of PMCS to HOD by maintaining the tracker.
