Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Payroll
Bank transaction processing and reconciliations
Support the accounts function of the business, including data entry, record keeping, and reporting
Reporting to the Director
Administration duties
About you -
Accounts/bookkeeping experience essential
Xero experience
Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and multi-tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Intermediate level Excel skills
