Our Administration department is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in Sydney, Australia at ANX Eskine Park. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating internal processes, and assisting with reporting and documentation. You will also contribute to planning activities and help streamline workflows to enhance departmental efficiency and support broader business objectives.
What you’ll do:
Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the department.
Maintain and manage accurate records, databases, and documentation in line with company policies.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports.
Support financial administration by analysing data, tracking expenses, and preparing budget summaries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to streamlining administrative workflows.
Help coordinate and support departmental projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
