Property & Block Management Company
£28k per annum depending on experience
Full Time 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Based at our Harrow Office
Contract: Permanent
We are a well-established property and block management company managing a portfolio of residential apartment blocks across London and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our property management team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within residential block and property management.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to Property Managers
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from leaseholders, contractors, and clients
Logging and responding to maintenance requests
Assisting with the instruction and coordination of contractors
Maintaining accurate property records and filing systems
Preparing correspondence, notices, and standard documentation
Assisting with service charge administration and invoice processing
Updating property management software and spreadsheets
Supporting compliance administration (health & safety, fire risk assessments, insurance records)
Skills & Experience
Previous administrative experience (property management experience desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients and residents
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience within block management or property management
Familiarity with property management software (e.g. Qube, TRAMPS, Re-Leased)
Knowledge of leasehold or residential management terminology

Minimum 1 year full time in an Administration role
Minimum NVQ Level 5, HND, DipHE or equivalent
