Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to both the HR and administrative departments, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed.
- Support other departments with various tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
