Job Summary:
Stokhos Research Capital LLP is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Urbtech Trade Centre, Noida Sector 132. The role requires efficient handling of administrative tasks to support smooth office operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.

Work Timings:
• Option 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Option 2: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days:
• Monday - Friday
• Two Saturdays will be working per month

Salary Range:
• INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Work Location:
• In-person at Urbtech Trade Centre, Noida Sector 132

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
