The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.

Position Responsibilities

Reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones

Database management

Onboarding of new clients into our system

Supporting Partners in administrative duties

Company and trust setups

ASIC and ATO Lodgements

About You

Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word

2+ years of Administration Assistant experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and a keen level of attention to detail

Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients

The ability to work in a team and independently
