As our highly valued Administrative Assistant, this position will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The role will be required to liaise with administrative staff across other Practices, external health professionals, and medical specialists to guarantee the highest standard of patient care and comprehensive support for our doctors.

You’ll make a meaningful impact by:
Assisting in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Practice.
Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient services of the highest quality.
Responding to and resolving issues promptly, ensuring service meets expectations.
Working with colleagues and other administrative staff to manage medical records and clinical information efficiently and effectively.
Providing support to both Clinical and Administration teams.
What you’ll bring

A demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide friendly, efficient patient care and exceptional customer service.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent computer skills with the capacity to quickly learn a range of software packages and systems.
High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly as instructed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to meeting tight deadlines and a proactive approach to getting tasks done.
Competent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to set priorities and plan your own work effectively.
