Job DescriptionOur Business Support team provide a range of high - level secretarial and administrative support services to our specialist divisions across KPMG. You will join a dynamic and energetic team to support key stakeholders and their teams both within our offices and virtually.Our National Service Centre consists of four divisional Engagement Support Hubs that service the Enterprise, AARC, Management Consulting, Deals, Tax & Legal and Infrastructure, Assets & Places (IAP) businesses. The diverse and multidisciplinary National Service Centre team support these divisions with administrative services and end-to-end non-client-facing engagement support.Your OpportunityStarting with KPMG as an Administration Assistant, you will be joining a fast paced and growing operations team of administrative professionals. As part of the National Service Centre based in our new state of the art Parramatta office, you will be liaising with our client teams and coordinating the end-to-end administration of our client engagements from on-boarding to completion of those engagements.Your major responsibilities will include:- Coordination and delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements- Provide customer service support to National client facing staff- Preparation of engagement letters, reports and other documentation- Creating and editing job codes in SAP and maintaining data integrity- Drafting and raising bills and client debtor management- Use of various Risk Management systems- Use of accounting software as needed to support the client facing team- Meeting set performance KPIs & SLAsThe National Service Centre operates between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
