Full Job Description
· Managing manpower & proper utilization of Housekeeping (work allocation) & Office boys & taking care of housekeeping activities.
Procurement of office stationery, housekeeping materials, pantry items etc.
Maintaining stock dispatch, inventories, office stationary in excel sheet ( Inward, Outward, Opening & Closing stationary)
· Maintaining vendor’s database & developing new vendors as per the requirement.
Handling Travel Management & Hotel Bookings & preparing comparatives rates.
· Processing and ensuring timely payment of the monthly billings of landline phone, electricity, courier bills, other misc. bills.
General repairs of Office Infrastructure & taking care of electrical maintenance work.
· Handling Coordination part with vendors related to Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Stationary.
· Preparing purchase orders for misc. items, and work orders for services.
· Verbal or email communications with the vendors regarding renewals of services etc.
Ensuring efficient functioning of Safety and security Systems.
Preparing periodical MIS on expenses, administration activities, attendance and forecasting expenses.
Maintaining MIS Reports (Stocks, Bill Payment etc)
Handling other admin responsibilities assigned by senior.
