TCS are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing Underfloor Heating Department. The role will be supporting the UFH Operations and Maintenance team with all office-based admin duties. You will ensure all documents are accurately completed and organised effectively, be responsible for ordering materials and liaising with external suppliers, obtaining drawings, uploading drawings to online portals. This position would suit an individual with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction industry.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

· Reliable
· High level of attention to detail
· Ability to spot and investigate discrepancies and irregularities.
· Effective communication skills
· Ability to prioritise workload and manage expectations.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, most importantly Excel
· Confident telephone manner
· Can-do attitude
· Previous experience in a similar role in the Construction industry
Responsibilities
The role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities.
· Updating commission certificates
· Creating flushing and dosing certificates
· Uploading of Drawing Revisions to Document Control System
· Handling the Revision process of Drawings.
· Updating boiler trackers
· Organisation of certificates
· Checking invoices against orders and querying if needed
· Updating job costings
· Ordering UFH materials and book in deliveries on site with various suppliers
· Filling out warranty forms
· Uploading documents to various online portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
