ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Submissions team at our Wangara Head Office. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in the construction and engineering industry and grow with a supportive, experienced team.
In this role, you will assist the Submissions team with day-to-day tender administration, helping to keep the tender processes organised and running smoothly. You will develop practical skills in document management, formatting, and content coordination, while gaining insight into how high-quality submissions are prepared and contributing to Ertech’s ongoing success in pursuing and winning new work in the civil construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monitoring and management of tender email inbox correspondence
Downloading tender documents and addenda
Document control and management of tender folders and SharePoint sites
Coordination of tender and submission review meeting requests Update and maintain tender content library
Creation and updating of curriculum vitae for key personnel
Assistance with editing, formatting and finalising submission documents
The opportunity to contribute creatively to the development of content and presentation of our tenders
To be successful, you will have:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills
Basic experience in MS Office Suite
Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not essential
MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
