Located in the Moore Park Supa Centa, Sydney's capital of home decor and design, the Harvey Norman Moore Park Administration team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Administration Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As an Administration Clerk, you will have a good understanding of purchasing processes, general administration and retail operations, and liaising with customers continually providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

Have a passion for administrative work and retail
Be highly motivated and a results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
Previous experience Creditors (Accounts Payable), Debtors (Accounts Receivable), Banking, Reconciliations, Filing and general ad-hoc administrative tasks
Must be motivated, with a great eye for detail
Able to work with minimal supervision
Competent computer skills with a sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries and making decisions to ensure timely accurate service
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn coupled with a "can do" attitude
Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet provided deadlines
