Work hours - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to client emails
• Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints
• Manage regulatory compliances
• Accounts Payable - Entering supplier/client invoices
• Accounts Receivable – Generating and sending invoices
• Ensure all data is entered to our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
• General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties
• Other secretarial and ad hoc duties
