Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive with 1 year of experience to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be fluent in English communication, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and maintaining an efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office documentation
Support internal teams with administrative requirements
Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role
Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate based in or willing to work in Chembur and Tardeo locations
Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
