Job Requires
â– Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate
â– Minimum Experience of 1- 2 yrs (Proven experience as an Admin Executive/ Office Admin/ Office
Assistant or in a similar role)
â– Having good command of written and spoken English
â– Have thorough knowledge of Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel) & any accounting package Tally E.R.P.+
â– Self-Correspondence Capability.
â– Should be creative, adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
Job Profile
â– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
â– Drafting of letters, sending replies to mails & letters received.
â– Preparing Quotations/ Offer against received Enquiry.
â– Preparing and uploading Tender documents on Government sites.
â– Maintenance of paper records and documents in relevant file.
â– Assist colleagues / Branch Collogues whenever necessary.
â– Keeping records of inward and outwards stock and preparing Invoices.
Office timing: Monday to Saturday - +.00 to 6.00PM
