Division of Medicine are looking for an Administration Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will co-ordinate and manage teams of administrative officers within a division which support a client focused service in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines and relevant legislation.

About The Role
• Manage all aspects of the performance of administrative staff in line with Queensland Health HR policies and guidelines including performance, skills development, and professional and mandatory training compliance.
• Manage the provision of skilled administrative staff to the division by implementation of effective rosters and leave management processes, including placement of relief staff to ensure service continuity.
• Build the capacity of administration staff through skill development, coaching and mentoring, driving high performance and inspiring staff to contribute to a healthy, high trust work environment.
• Participate in administrative recruitment programs, anticipating divisional staffing needs and proactively managing vacancies to provide cover.
• Contribute to the financial management of administration staff within the division, ensuring adequate human and physical resources whilst maintaining budget integrity.
