Job Description
Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities within the SEZ
• Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations and guidelines
• Oversee the overall facility management, including maintenance, safety, and security
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage the allocation of workspaces and coordinate office relocations or expansions
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination among teams
• Monitor and control facility budgets, expenses, and resources
• Implement strategies to improve workplace productivity and employee satisfaction
• Manage administrative staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support efficient and effective operations
• Manage a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Budget and financial management, including cost control and forecasting
• Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the SEZ
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in administration, with specific SEZ experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEZ regulations and procedures
• Proven experience in facility management and administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to effectively manage a team and lead by example
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
