An exciting role has become available for an experienced Administration Officer, based at Carlton to join our City Operational Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the City Operational Services team and Assets & Infrastructure directorate to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
What We Offer
One (1) Permanent, Fulltime - 70 hours per fortnight
Salary from $68,136.17 - $78,+41.3+ per annum plus 11.5% superannuation dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate

About The Role
This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has the ability to build strong working relationships through effective communication. You will ensure matters of confidentiality or sensitivity are handled appropriately. This role requires someone who has a keen eye for detail, is reliable and has the ability to prioritise to deliver assigned tasks on time. In this position, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient and accurate administrative services and outcomes for the Engineering Operations team.
The successful candidate will have
Experience providing administrative support
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated IT literacy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to issues which are at times of a sensitive nature
Understanding of and commitment to WHS practices and EEO principles
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desirable
Previous local government experience
Knowledge of TRIM and TechnologyOne
