Admin Officer - Kogarah Hospital

Permanent part-time position, up to 32 hours per week

Remuneration: $34.46 per hour to $35.54 per hour

About the role

This permanent part-time position is available now. This position is responsible for providing effective administrative and clerical support to enable the Equipment Loan Pool department to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

What you bring:

Proven experience performing a wide range of administrative tasks and experience in responding to a range of enquiries in a healthcare setting.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently in a customer focused environment.

Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel.

Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with work health and safety requirements and safe manual handling practices.
