Administration Officer| Community Safety

The Town is looking for an Administration Officer to assist the Town’s Community Safety department. The Community Safety team is responsible for enforcing local laws as well as providing assistance to the business community, locals and visitors to Claremont.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
Processing appeals against parking infringements.
Compiling information on unpaid infringements and sending to Fines Enforcement Register.
Processing applications to hire car bays and for residential parking permits.
Assist in collating statistical data for reporting purposes.
Compile agendas and take minutes for team meetings.
Sourcing quotations, creation and processing of purchase orders.
Reconcile prices as provided in supplier invoices to approved purchase orders.
