Job/Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager – Compliance, the primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration support to the Compliance team. This includes but is not limited to:
Coordinating the receipt and determination of applications for temporary food permits
Compiling and formatting documents including certificates, notices, warning letters, orders, procedures, and general correspondence
Administering the NSW Companion Animals Register
Maintaining and updating the Pound register and assisting with the Pound’s rehoming process
Supporting the Manager Compliance in the administration of the Companion Animals Community Committee
Applying fees and charges, cash management, and receipting

So what do you need?
Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
Current Class C Drivers Licence
Ability to gain a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
Demonstrated experience in a similar position
Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritisation of workload
Demonstrated ability to independently prepare documentation including agendas, minutes, reports and complete mail merges
A high-level customer service skills
