About the role

This opening is for an Administration Officer / Debriefer to join our Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside

This is a Full Time Permanent Role

The regular working hours for this role are 11:00AM to 7:00PM

Create manifests, scan paperwork and ensure accuracy of documents

Assist revenue controllers with RPS and process proof of deliveries (POD’s)

Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

Debrief our drivers ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly

Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role

Previous experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Full scope training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

What you’ll bring

The Successful applicant must be available across both AM and PM Rosters (Mandatory)

Must be able to cover the PM Shift as Required, and thus be available to work between 4pm to 12am Midnight (Mandatory)

The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively

A strong attention to safety

Data Entry Skills

Previous experience in a similar role
