Job Description
This is a temporary flexible full-time opportunity based at The Prince Charles Hospital to provide an efficient and effective, client-focused administrative service to specialist consultants, staff and patients within the Internal Medicine Services (IMS) Outpatient Clinics, while developing multi-skilled administrative capabilities to support service delivery and operational requirements.

Demonstrated effective team member skills within a multi-disciplinary team showing initiative in problem solving and an ability to review, develop and implement improvements in conjunction with the team whilst working autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers to resolution of conflict, meet deadlines, readjust daily work priorities to meet a changing work environment.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude to interact effectively and negotiate successfully with all levels of staff and the public, demonstrating tact, diplomacy and confidentiality at all times within established guidelines.
