Permanent Full-Time Role - Manurewa Service Centre
Fixed-Term/Secondment (to August 2026) - Papakura Service Centre
Salary range: BO3 $61,466 - $73,903 per annum

What you'll be doing | Ko te mahi
This busy and varied role helps ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service centre environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing oversight of meeting room bookings and usage
Maintaining office and stationery supplies
Arranging equipment servicing and building maintenance
Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when required
Supporting general administration to keep centre operations running smoothly
Working with Security to ensure visitors and contractors are inducted correctly
Supporting health and safety practices across the site
Fleet coordination including vehicle servicing, WOFs and logistics
Assisting with catering collection and transport tasks when needed

We're looking for someone proactive, flexible and positive who can juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
You will bring:
Strong administrative experience supporting a team
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Confidence learning new systems and technology quickly
Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
A valid Restricted NZ Driver Licence and willingness to drive Ministry vehicles

Salary | Utu-a-tau: $61,466.00 - $73,903.00
