RECOVER Injury Research Centre
Full-time (100%), fixed-term position through to end of December 2027
Base salary will be in the range $78,+44 - $87,750 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)
Based at the STARS Building, Herston
About This Opportunity
Are you motivated, organised, and looking for a well-rounded Administrative role? We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to support operations of the RECOVER Injury Research Centre. Reporting to the Senior Operations Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative processes and office coordination duties to support the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining calendars, providing diary management support to the Centre Director, and functioning as the initial point of contact for enquiries
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and drafting correspondence for stakeholder review
Providing high-level support to committees and meetings
Organising financials and bookings, e.g. managing reimbursements, assisting with travel coordination and arranging office supplies
This is a full-time, fixed-term position through to the end of December 202+ at HEW Level 5.

About You
A degree or diploma with subsequent relevant experience or secretarial administrative experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
Demonstrated skills in providing a high level of customer service, including effective interpersonal skills.
