Job Description
You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer. Usually, your day will involve:
Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails.
Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home.
Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms.
Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc.
Showing off our home to future residents and their families.
Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.
You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid computer and data skills.
Previous experience in a reception/administration position (highly regarded).
