About the Opportunity
You will provide high-level customer service and support to the Statutory Planning Team, assisting with all tasks related to the delivery of Planning Services
Great communication skills, flexibility and initiative are essential to handle multiple diverse tasks and work as a team player.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Relevant post-secondary qualification or significant working experience in office administration.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in the use of a range of software packages including Microsoft programs.
Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willingness to obtain.
Current Drivers Licence.
Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $70,611 to $75,4+8 per annum, plus statutory superannuation.
