NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centres. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.
The Administrative Officer plays a key role within the Got It! multidisciplinary team, based at CYMHS in Penrith, supporting the delivery of specialist early‑intervention mental health services for children in Kindergarten to Year 2 who are showing emerging conduct concerns. The role provides high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Got It! program and may also assist other services within the CYF‑MHS portfolio as needed.

What you will bring to the role
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated high level computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and email programs.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including the ability to organise and set work priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and under minimal supervision.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
