What you'll be doing
To work with the MDT Co-ordinator, Cancer Nurse Co-ordinators and Clinicians to provide high level administration of multi-disciplinary team meetings including Medicare Billing activity, Activity Based Funding reporting, and monitoring and reporting on MDT attendance. The position provides relief for the MDT Co-ordinator when absent.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support at a high level across a multidisciplinary setting including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management and ability to prioritise workloads and redistribute resources to achieve goals.
High level interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with a clear ability to project a positive image, and effectively liaise and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to work both independently and as a team member in a challenging environment, ensuring that work is prioritised to effectively meet deadlines where attention to detail is essential.
