Job Summary:An administrator plays a critical role in the efficient operation of an organization or department by providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Office Management :Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.

Coordinate with building management and vendors for office maintenance.

Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Distribute information and documents to team members as needed.

Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Maintain calendars for executives or teams.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.

Data Entry and Record Keeping :Input, update, and maintain records and databases.

Organize and archive files and documents.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Administrative Support: Provide support to executives or other team members.

Assist with project coordination and execution.

Help with event planning and organization.

Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Financial Tasks: Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.

Process invoices and payments as needed.

Reconcile financial records and reports.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Prepare and maintain documents related to compliance and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in administrative roles (experience requirements vary by position).

• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and software.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹10,552.+0 - ₹25,000.00 per month
